Terms and Conditions for Sternfenster's 50th Anniversary Spinner Wheel Giveaway
These general terms and conditions apply to all prizes featured in the Sternfenster 50 Years Anniversary Spinner Wheel giveaway:
- To enter, all entrants must provide their name, telephone number, email address and post code.
- No purchase or payment is necessary to spin the wheel.
- Entries are limited to one entry per user.
- Sternfenster reserves the right to offer users additional entries at its discretion.
- Prize selection is chosen at random when the user spins the wheel.
- Confirmation of your entry will be emailed to you on completion of the spin, and if you have won a prize, Sternfenster will contact you within seven working days to advise you of the next steps.
- Entrants must provide a valid business address.
- Each individual prize is redeemable only once per business address.
- Additionally, a business address is entitled to claim only one prize throughout the duration of the giveaway, unless otherwise expressly approved by a Director of Sternfenster.
- Unless specified otherwise underneath the individual prize terms, all prizes must be claimed and delivered by 31st December 2024.
- Prizes may only be claimed if your account is within Credit Terms.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances, at its discretion without prior notice, Sternfenster reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel either the giveaway or specific prizes.
- No monetary payment shall be made as a substitute for the prize.
- Certain prizes are provided by third party LASCO Marketing. By participating in the giveaway, participants acknowledge and agree that their details will be passed to LASCO who may contact them on behalf of Sternfenster.
- Sternfenster shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with the giveaway, including but not limited to, any injury, loss, or damage to property, or any other unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. This limitation of liability applies to all participants, whether arising from negligence, breach of contract, or any other legal theory.

Individual Prize Terms and Conditions
50 Free Easy Admin+ Trial Licenses
- To qualify, individuals must be current customers of Sternfenster utilising Easy Admin.
- For new or returning customers, the Easy Admin+ trial license will be activated upon placing the first order.
- The Easy Admin+ trial period spans 3 months, after which participants are automatically enrolled in a monthly subscription plan based on the required number of licenses.
- This offer is redeemable once per company.
50% off your own company video fly through
- To be eligible for this prize, you must be an existing Sternfenster customer and actively placing orders for a minimum of three months.
- The service is provided by third party LASCO Marketing.
- The video shoot duration is approximately 4 hours on-site.
- Locations, access, and dates must be mutually agreed upon by you and LASCO before the commencement of the shoot.
- You will receive your file in a format suitable for use on social media or your website.
- The recommended retail price (RRP) is £3400 excluding VAT. This prize entitles you to a 50% discount, resulting in an offer price of £1700 excluding VAT.
- 50% of the offer price is due upon commissioning the work, with the remaining balance to be paid within 7 days of receiving the final video file. Your service contract is with LASCO.
- Any additional services or video content are subject to pricing upon application, to be agreed upon by LASCO and yourself.

Free CGI branded product video
- To qualify, you must either be an existing Sternfenster customer or in the process of placing your initial order.
- Limit of one personalised branded video per customer.
- Personalised branding will be applied to your selection of one product video from our catalogue of available videos. A full list will be supplied for your consideration prior to your selection.
- A minimum 300 DPI PNG image of your business logo must be provided.
- Your video will be sent to you via email at least one week after your video request and on payment of your first order.
- This offer is redeemable once per company.
50 hours of free marketing consultancy
- To qualify, you must either be an existing Sternfenster customer or in the process of placing your initial order.
- Restricted to one hour of consultancy per customer.
- The service is provided by third party LASCO Marketing.
- By claiming this prize, you consent to being contacted by LASCO.
- Time slots will be arranged and confirmed by LASCO.
- All consultations will be conducted through Teams video conferencing. You must have the capability or technology to accept a Teams diary invitation.
