Great experience with Omega. We have a period Victorian property and needed 20 windows changed. From the time me met James the sales guy and had the fitting team in everybody was first class and the end result exactly what we wanted. Aftercare is top notch too. Omega built an excellent conservatory for us many years ago but finally we needed a new roof. We were offered a range of panels; the quote was reasonable; the process was smooth. We were told the wait time was 8-10 weeks. It was spot on 8 weeks. We were told it would take 3 days. It took two. Every thing was replaced, including the guttering.... -
